Mission: AfroArcher exists to incentivize self-reflection, while encouraging our clients to become part of the solution by re-envisioning their organization's culture and content.
Public media organizations are made up of colleagues with a centralized focus; a collection of individuals with different backgrounds and sets of experiences. In other words, everyone starts from a different point A and shares the same point B. An individual’s starting point or position has a direct effect on their perspective, granting each a unique approach to achieving their organization's mission. Organizations run into problems when they fail to take advantage of these varying points of view. Through careful and intentional analysis, they can use this diversity of experience to reshape the culture of their organization, and the content and services that their organization provides its community. These different perspectives can be pieced together to form a clearer picture, allowing the collective body to fulfill its purpose.
It is up to each individual inside of an organization to carefully and intentionally analyze themselves and determine whether their unique perspective coincides or conflicts with the company's vision of its future.
